Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors in Canada to provide exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and brand education. You will drive sales on the shop floor while fostering a fun, inclusive team environment and delivering world-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experience using store insights and feedback.
• Educate customers on brand values and product benefits to increase traffic and spend.
• Expand product knowledge to consistently recommend suitable items.
• Support store operations, visuals, and inventory management to enhance the shopper journey.
• Participate in team development and promote DEIB within the workplace.
