Job summary

UGG is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and drive product knowledge. You will listen to customers, offer recommendations, and communicate sustainability initiatives and brand commitments in every interaction.

You will greet customers, manage the cash register, check inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards. Join a dynamic team and contribute to store goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexible schedule and hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Communicate the brand’s return policy clearly to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and break area.
• Report to work on time and inform the Store Manager if late or absent.
