GUESS Factory seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate in Windsor, ON to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store operations at 1555 Talbot Rd, Unit 150 - 160, Windsor, ON N9H2N2. The role involves greeting customers, maintaining store standards, and assisting with fittings and the cash wrap.

The position requires flexible hours, team collaboration, and the ability to stand for long periods with occasional heavy lifting. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with store presentation, housekeeping, and product information.
• Help at fitting rooms and cash wrap, and capture customer data.
• Meet or exceed sales per hour targets as directed by management.
• Attend store meetings and participate in inventories as required.
