Job summary

Ardene in Grande Prairie is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, merchandise products, and handle sales transactions while keeping the store neat and appealing.

You will greet customers, stay informed about promotions, assist with displays, replenish stock, and process purchases at the cash register. A positive attitude and ability to work weekends and evenings are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well autonomously and in a team.

The Role

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service, merchandises, generates and processes sales as well as maintains the store’s cleanliness and appearance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder;
• Move, lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store (weighing up to 30 pounds).
