Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking part-time seasonal Sales Associates for our Metrotown store in Burnaby, BC. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience and supporting the team in daily retail operations during the winter season.

You will handle POS transactions, merchandise tasks, help customers, and stay updated on product lines. This position offers on-site hours and an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS (point of sales) transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication
• Resolving customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
• Keep current on our product and service updates
• Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture
• Processing and assembling orders for our online store.
