Job summary

A leading sports retail company in Surrey is looking for Seasonal Part Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, meet sales goals, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include participation in merchandise restocking and adherence to retail policies. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is at local minimum wage with potential for increase based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs.
• Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual sales goals.
• Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
• Participate in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
• Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
