Job summary

CHICKEN CHEF KILLARNEY in Canada (Ontario, Newmarket) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, listen carefully, and help them find the best solutions while driving sales across the store.

You will join a dynamic team with a competitive hourly wage, uncapped commission, full benefits, paid vacation, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus; multilingual abilities are welcome.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $28.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate's experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company's applicable commissions' plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications: You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows, including one weekend Block. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
