Retail Seasonal Consultant

MAIN DUTIES

Ensure the following tasks are completed and achieved as follows:

  • Ensures to create an appropriate atmosphere for the customer to have a memorable "Swarovski Experience"
  • Responsible for processing efficient customer transactions (sales) and for following all Retail Policies & Procedures around the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly checkout and ensure there is enough ribbon, personalized cards and gifting materials for the customer to select from in the cash area.
  • Get all customer purchases Gift Ready in a timely manner.
  • Answers and directs phone calls and/or customer inquiries to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and/or Perm Sales Consultant
  • Assists in verifying and receiving all inbound inventory. Unpacks, stock and inventories merchandise received. Will replenish inventory on the sales floor when required.
  • Assists in setting up and operating special events to promote Swarovski products as required.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer service in creating an overall positive brand experience.
  • Ensuring proper and complete transactions at the POS for each sale.
  • Any operational tasks such as merchandising, stock replenishment and back‑room and/or on the floor duties as business needs require
