Job summary

Bell in Langford, BC is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to help customers select the right devices, plans, and services for their connectivity needs. You will provide friendly, engaging service in a fast-paced environment and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications

You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $29.00. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company's applicable commissions' plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
