Job summary

Bell is seeking associates for Retail Stores in Canada. You will help customers find the right devices, plans and services, delivering a friendly, high‑quality shopping experience. The role offers a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission and access to benefits.

Total earning range: $17.00 - $25.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications: You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
