Job summary

Bell is hiring for a Retail Sales position in Belleville, Ontario. You will help customers find the right devices, plans, and services for their connectivity needs, while delivering a positive in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with evening and weekend shifts, competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and possible career growth. French knowledge is a plus in Quebec, but Bell welcomes diverse applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset.
• You are available for 4 blocks of 5 hours each with at least one opening and one closing shift.

• Total earning range: $20.00 - $28.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience
• The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
