Banana Republic in Canada is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage with shoppers, educate them about products, and deliver a best-in-class experience through in-store and online channels.

You will work with leadership to meet personal and store goals, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized space. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; standing, walking, and light lifting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Not require current or future sponsorship to work in Canada.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Able to stand, walk, move through the store and lift up to 30 pounds.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
• To be considered for this role, applicants must:
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers, used in day-to‑day operations.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hourly Range: $18.25 - $18.50

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
