Job summary

Bell is hiring for a Retail Sales role in Hamilton, Ontario. This temporary part-time position involves helping customers choose devices, plans and services in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will have access to online and in-class training, flexible shifts, and opportunities for growth. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with uncapped commissions, a full benefits package, and a 35% discount on Bell services.

Qualifications

• 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage window, including one weekday full availability.
• Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $28.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
