Job summary

Bell is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for Lambton Mall in Sarnia, Ontario. You will help customers find devices, plans and services while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a busy retail setting.

This role offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with online and in-class training. Prior retail or hospitality experience is an asset and French language skills are a plus where applicable.

Total earn ing range: $20.00 - $28.00. The agre ed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications:You are required to provide XX blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of XX Open and XX Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
