Job summary

Bell is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador. You will help customers select devices, plans and tech solutions, and contribute to the store’s daily operations.

A focus on customer service and sales excellence is expected, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is valued, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for tech, telecommunications and sales
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality an asset
• Multilingual abilities welcomed (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, etc.)

Total earning rang e: $18.00 - $27.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications:You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
