Job summary

Virgin Plus Canada is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Dufferin Mall in Toronto, Ontario. You will greet Members, discuss needs, and provide tailored solutions while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage with uncapped commission, full benefits and paid vacation even for part-time staff, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends to fit availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset.
• Availability for a flexible full-time or part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome; knowledge of French is a plus outside Quebec.

Additional Information:

• Total earning range: $20.00 - $28.00. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience
• The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
• Qualifications: You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage window s , including one weekday full availability . Block s will be no less than 5 hours in length.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
