Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals; develop skills in retail sales and learn about product offerings.
• Store Operations: Maintain attractive displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; regular lifting up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods.
• Cashier Duties: Handle payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers’ footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to create a welcoming store environment.
