Mark’s is hiring a Seasonal Back of House Associate in Ottawa, Ontario. You will help move products from stock to customers and fulfill online orders while keeping the stockroom organized and safe.

The role requires strong communication, high energy, and the ability to stand for long periods. You’ll be part of a team focused on customer service and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Seasonal Back of House Associate, your main responsibility is to help us get our products out to our customers, fulfill online orders. You will become the heart of our store, maintaining a clean stockroom, and helping our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are filled in a timely manner following quality standards
• Ensure all loss prevention and shipping policies are maintained and followed
• Review DOM reports with store management
• Maintain stockroom(s) and shipping receiving area to Mark’s standard
• Assist customers with general inquiries

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods
• High energy, enthusiastic and a drive to succeed
