Job summary

Superior Propane is seeking a Class 3 licensed driver for a seasonal Digby, NS route. You will stay busy through fall/winter, delivering propane, serving customers, and maintaining safety standards in all tasks.

Applicants should have at least two years’ experience, a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills. Competitive hourly rates, benefits, training, and PPE are offered, with overtime after 40 hours and occasional evening/home-night commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience
• Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Clear criminal record
• Physically able to deliver propane outdoors
• Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane safely to residential and commercial customers
• Load/unload propane cylinders and maintain proper handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on routes
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while driving and delivering

You Bring:

• High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience
• Class 3 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Clear criminal record
• Physical ability to deliver propane and a love of the outdoors
• Knowledge and ability to use computers, specifically on-board truck computers
• Ability to maintain and conduct the highest standard of safety at all times

Salary:

$26 hourly (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
