About the Role

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure each customer leaves with the right product.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and ensure a great final impression.
• Stay informed on Skechers product offerings and share details to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

Requirements
