Job summary

The Body Shop in Edmonton is hiring a Seasonal Customer Consultant for the Kingsway Mall location from October through January to help guests discover products and enjoy exceptional service during the holiday rush.

As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you will greet customers, make product recommendations, maintain store presentation, and support sales goals while working a friendly, inclusive team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
• A passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence engaging with customers and making product recommendations.
• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating genuine connections with customers
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and recommend products based on their individual needs
• Support the Store Management team in achieving sales and performance goals
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and well stocked
• Assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory tasks, and general store maintenance
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, campaigns, and store initiatives
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
• Bring positivity, energy, and holiday spirit to every shift
