Job summary

UPS in Ontario is hiring a part-time seasonal package handler to assist drivers with deliveries and pickups in Dorchester, Ingersoll, and Aylmer. The role involves light-to-moderate physical work, standing and walking, and does not require driving.

Hours are 3-5 per day, Monday through Friday, with shifts starting 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, work outside in all weather, and provide friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 hours a day, start times & finish times may vary depending on operational needs. Flexibility required
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kg) unassisted
• Strong customer service skills
• Employees must wear a company-provided vest, black pants, and dark brown or black boots
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking
• Work hours may vary depending on the work volume

• Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively
• Learn and properly execute UPS package handling/delivery methods
