Job summary

FedEx Corporation in Ottawa is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload freight, scan and sort shipments, and move goods within and between FedEx facilities. The role requires lifting heavy loads, maintaining safety, and following Canada Customs procedures where applicable.

You will also transport freight between sites as part of daily duties. The job may require adherence to recurrency training and maintaining a clean driving record with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• FedEx Canada operations knowledge and Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete basic and recurrency training.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must possess a valid full driver’s license & have a good driving record.
