Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Seasonal Operations Worker to join our grain operations team. You will collect and deliver producer samples, supporting safety and reliability during peak seasonal periods.

This is a part-time, on-call role with rotating days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including overtime when needed. You will travel within the territory, operate equipment safely, and build strong relationships with producers while delivering samples accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Previous grain industry experience is asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the designated area as required.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and handling samples safely.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Seasonal Operations Worker, you play an important role in supporting our grain operations by ensuring producer samples are collected and delivered safely and efficiently. This position provides an opportunity to work directly with customers and contribute to the smooth flow of operations during key seasonal periods. Your commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service helps support strong relationships with producers and the success of our business.

This is a part‑time, on‑call position. Scheduling is based on operational needs. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Mandatory overtime, extended shifts (up to 16 hours), and short‑notice schedule changes may be required
