Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery (Loader, Kubota, Skid Steer, etc.).
• Valid driver's license; experience with transporting machinery is an asset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate Loader and / or Kubota equipment for snow removal on commercial and residential properties.
• Clear driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and access roads efficiently and safely.
• Conduct pre- and post-operational checks to ensure machinery is in good working order.
• Maintain safe operation standards in challenging weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members during snow events.
