Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs/23 kgs. Some heavy lifting is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with fewer than three moving violations.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years required for company housing.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Training, coaching, rewarding, and disciplining all employees.
• Prepare housekeeping paperwork and assign rooms.
• Daily inspection of guest rooms for quality assurance.
• Interact with guests, providing property and local information.
• Perform cleaning duties in emergencies.
