Job summary

Cineplex Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Hourly Amusement Player for The Rec Room at West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, AB. The role is Front of House and supports guests with a fun, energetic gaming experience.

You will operate major attractions, upsell games, ensure spaces are clean and fully functional, and assist with restocking. This is a part-time, seasonal position designed for a dynamic team member.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Provincially applicable sell, sale and handling of alcohol certificate required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upsell games by demonstrating operations and encourage guests to play.
• Keep games and stations clean, well-maintained, and restock as needed.
• Be a resource for guest inquiries and communicate pricing for events and promotions.
