Job summary

Ambius Canada Corporation, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Helper to assist with production and installation of holiday displays. The role includes warehouse organization, inventory handling, and adherence to safety standards.

Training and supervision will be provided; flexibility for weekend and overnight shifts is required. Wage ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to contribute to both indoor and outdoor decorating projects

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required, previous experience in holiday design or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to work anytime between Sunday to Saturday including overnights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand and/or walk for long periods.
• Comfortable working on ladders/heights.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to holiday designs production and schedules including nights and weekends when required.
• Follow design instruction and schedule outlined by the holiday supervisor/managers.
• Ensure lights are in good working order in all holiday decor.
• Decorate trees, garland, wreaths etc. according to design outline.
• Receive inventory and label/organize within the warehouse.
• Work in a safe, clean and organized fashion.
• Moving holiday product, standing for long periods of time, bending and lifting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are up to date and accessible.
• AttendHealth & Safety meetings or training sessions.
• Work inside and outside the warehouse as needed.

What do our Holiday Helpers do?

As a holiday helper, you will have a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail. This role is responsible for production and installation of Ambius holiday displays, including warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Wage $18 to $22/hour
