Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum DZ license in good standing.
• AZ license preferred with proven experience.
• Experience in Provincial and/or Municipal highway maintenance field.
• Punctual and available to report to work (on-call) 24/7 as weather demands.
• Physically able to meet all requirements and perform highway maintenance safely.
• Non-unionized role.
• Pay rate: $23 - $28 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out assigned routine and non-routine highway maintenance operations from patrol centers.
• Performing activities such as plowing, sanding, traffic control, emergency responses, and shoulder maintenance.
• Completing/assisting on minor vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
