Job summary

Clean Under Pressure is hiring a Gutter Cleaner for our busy fall season in Brandon, Manitoba. This temporary role starts immediately and runs until mid-October. You will clean gutters and downspouts, set up and work safely from extension ladders, and communicate professionally with customers.

We offer performance bonuses, incentives for positive customer reviews, direct compensation for upsells, and training provided. Previous ladder experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and hardworking.
• Comfortable working from ladders and at heights.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying ladders.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record preferred.
• Phone with active data plan.

Responsibilities

• Clean gutters and downspouts.

• Clean up debris from customer properties.
• Assist with other exterior cleaning as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment.
