Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Seasonal Operations Worker in Lethbridge County, AB, Canada. This part‑time, on‑call role involves rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with mandatory overtime when required.

You will operate equipment safely, collect and transport grain samples, and support seasonal operations while prioritizing safety, reliability and customer service. Outdoor work and travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in grain industry considered an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable outdoors and travel within the assigned area.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift samples safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate company equipment safely and in line with policies.
• Pickup grain samples from producers and transport to facility for analysis.
• Maintain safety focus while working independently and traveling in territory.
• Build positive relationships with producers through professional interactions.
• Ensure samples are handled and delivered accurately and timely.
• Support facility operations and seasonal activities as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
