Job summary

Jobholders will handle tasks from pruning and harvesting to vine maintenance, irrigation, and machinery operation. English fluency is required, with training provided and a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• No formal education required.
• Training provided to selected candidates.
• Must be organized and flexible.
• Must be a good team player.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Experience in farming or viticulture is a plus.
• Able to work in wet/damp and hot conditions.
• Willing to work in rural/remote areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect brush.
• Deleafing vines.
• Hoeing crops.
• Maintain vine growth, canopy and grapes.
• Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops.
• Position shoots.
• Suckering tasks.
• Tie shoots and supports.
• Weed and manage fields.
• Harvest crops.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
