Job summary

Kibbi in Ontario is seeking seasonal farm workers to hoe, harvest and grade vegetables and fruits for market readiness.

Work is outdoors in rural areas under varied weather; tasks include planting, weeding, and loading shipments. A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. No formal education is required, and 50–65 hours per week may apply during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Experience in farming is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Hoe between rows and clean crops.
• Grade vegetables and fruits by size, shape, colour, and volume.
• Harvest crops by hand and plant, cultivate and irrigate as needed.
• Weed and inspect products for quality and market readiness.
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and produce.
