Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Seasonal Associate, Distribution to support the flow of products in our Distribution Centre. The role involves receiving shipments, picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers, and moving inventory with safety as a priority.

Open availability is preferred with overnight shifts 10pm–6am; a permanent role may be offered to top performers or next-season invites. This position offers growth and an Everyday Luxury workplace.

The mission of the Distribution department is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless flow of product and supplies into, within, and out of a Distribution Centre. As the Seasonal Associate, Distribution, you will execute the day-to-day Distribution Centre operations that enable us to Deliver our Everyday Luxury experience to our clients and boutiques. THE ROLE

As the Seasonal Associate, Distribution, you will:

• Efficiently receive and process shipments arriving to the Distribution Centre
• Execute required processes to pick, pack, and ship products to our customers
• Accurately move inventory within the Distribution Centre
• Follow and uphold industry-leading safety standards and health best practices

• Stand or walk up to 8-hours per shift

THE LOGISTICS

• Open availability is preferred, with a particular need for overnight shift 10pm – 6am
• Seasonal Associates must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week and during peak periods are encouraged to increase their availability to 5 shifts per week

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $24-27.50 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as shift premiums and job-related certifications.
