Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find great gifts and offers during the Christmas peak. You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, support deliveries, replenish stock, and keep the store looking its best.

This temporary, fast-paced role embraces flexibility across store areas and teams, with opportunities to develop customer service skills and contribute to a positive shopping experience for every customer during the festive season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self‑checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
