Job summary

Bell Canada is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for Bathurst Mall to help customers find the right devices, plans and services. You’ll work in a people-first team with flexible schedules, contribute to a positive shopping experience, and earn an hourly wage plus uncapped commission.

The role emphasizes building customer connections, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on new products. A strong service mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide 32 hours of weekly availability with 5-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Shifts include at least two open and two close coverage windows.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Previous experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset.
