Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Vancouver is seeking Seasonal Concierges to help bring Hotel Holts to life this Holiday season. You will deliver exceptional service and act as a trusted resource for store information while engaging clients in person, by phone, and by email.

The role offers up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with pay at $18–$20 CAD per hour plus an employee discount. Prior customer service experience and strong communication skills are essential for success.
