La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a part-time, temporary sales associate to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and handle transactions accurately. You will welcome customers, suggest complementary products, and explain return policies with professionalism.

With store management support, you’ll maintain a clean, organized workspace, handle phone inquiries, and follow head office policies while adapting to higher activity periods and holiday hours.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Good with numbers for transactions.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Bilingual ability is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Providing outstanding customer service and processing transactions at the cash register.
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction.
• Being careful and precise when handling transactions.
• Explaining return policies to customers.
• Answering the phone in a professional manner.

• Following policies and procedures of the head office departments.
• Performing other duties to support the team.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.

SALARY : 18,25 $ - 19,55 $
