A leading air charter service in Canada is seeking a Seasonal Bush Pilot for the C208B Supervan. The role requires a minimum of 2500 total time and preference for bush flying experience. We offer IFR and VFR charters throughout the Yukon, NWT, Northern BC, and Alaska, specializing in bush work on wheels. Tintina is dedicated to top notch customer service and above all else, safety. We are currently seeking TWO full-time seasonal Caravan Captains starting either April 1, 2026 through October 18, 2026 or April 20, 2026 through to October 26, 2026, with the possibility of negotiating full‑time year‑round work.
We are offering a rare opportunity for a pilot to have a good balance between the exciting bush environment as well as the calculated IFR world. The selected candidate will be flying the C208B Supervan out of our main base in Whitehorse, YT, with options for advancement on King Air and in management in the future. Our 900 or 950 hp Texas Turbine converted “Supervans” are equipped with top‑of‑the‑line equipment including G600TXi avionics and GFC600 autopilots. These meticulously maintained and aesthetically pleasing machines operate into and out of more demanding regions and airstrips than most and require excellent decision‑making skills as well as hands and feet. Our work is challenging, far from repetitive, and nowhere near ordinary Caravan work keeping it both exciting and rewarding. We encourage you to check out our Instagram to get a feel for our work.
Two Weeks ON / One Week OFF, estimated hours flown annually roughly 400‑500.
To commensurate with experience – starting at $12,500/month, season completion/retention bonus (previously about 7‑8% of earnings), annual raises for returning team members (COLA + performance based).
