What We Are Looking For
  • Must reside in Canada
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, as you will be assisting both English‑ and French‑speaking customers
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
  • Previous technical customer service support preferred
  • Accounting and bookkeeping experience is an asset
Home Setup Requirements
  • A hardwired internet connection with at least 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
  • A quiet, distraction‑free space; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
