Job summary

Mark’s in the Niagara region is seeking a Seasonal Associate to engage customers, help them find items quickly, and rotate between frontline, cashier, and customer service teams.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, assist with restocking, inventory, pricing and signing, and handle cash and credit transactions. High school education is required; entry-level; compensation range $17.95–$20.00 CAD/hour.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll create great experiences by engaging with customers to offer assistance and ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. This is a highly dynamic position! You will rotate between the frontline, cashier, and our customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Participate in general store upkeep including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing
• Handle cash & credit transactions
