Job summary

Mark's is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Toronto to engage customers and help them find products quickly. You will rotate between frontline, cashier, and customer service roles in a fast-paced store environment.

The position requires high school level education or current enrollment, an entry-level background, and a proactive, energetic attitude with cash handling as a plus. This role is on-location and part-time seasonal.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll create great experiences by engaging with customers to offer assistance and ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. This is a highly dynamic position! You will rotate between the frontline, cashier, and our customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• You will help our frontline and cashier teams
• Participate in general store upkeep including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing
• Handle cash & credit transactions

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous cash handling experience is an asset
