Mark’s in Oshawa is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional customer service across frontline, cashier, and customer service teams. You will help customers quickly find products, handle transactions, and contribute to store upkeep with restocking and seasonal changes.

The role is dynamic and requires energy, strong communication, and a positive team attitude. Prior cash handling is an asset; housing and discounts are possible through our team benefits.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll create great experiences by engaging with customers to offer assistance and ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. This is a highly dynamic position! You will rotate between the frontline, cashier, and our customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• You will help our frontline and cashier teams
• Participate in general store upkeep including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing
• Handle cash & credit transactions
