Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Welland, Ontario, is hiring a Seasonal Associate to greet customers, explain product features, and help families prepare for everyday moments. You’ll resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced retail setting and support omnichannel needs to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

You will perform POS transactions, stock replenishment, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Accommodation is available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean store.

What you’ll do:

You can:

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling

• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
