Sephora Canada is seeking seasonal team members to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will support sales goals, help with inventory, and maintain promotional setups that reflect the Sephora brand.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a team-driven attitude. This role involves flexible weekend and evening hours and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. AI screening may be used in early stages of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.


• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.


• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.


• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.


• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.


• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.


• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.


• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th


• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
