Sephora Canada is hiring a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience, maintain stock and visual readiness, and contribute to a fast-paced beauty environment where warmth, curiosity, and energy matter.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, inventory support, visual merchandising, and promoting inclusivity. Availability for nights and weekends is required during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
