Sephora Canada is seeking seasonal associates for our Newmarket store to deliver an outstanding client experience and support both store operations and onstage service during peak times. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and participate in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week), weekend availability, and opportunities to learn and grow within a globally recognized beauty retailer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and promotional setups.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
