Job summary

La Vie en Rose at Hillcrest Mall in London, Ontario, is seeking a friendly sales associate for a temporary, part-time role. You will welcome customers, help them find products, explain features, and maintain a tidy store while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

The position offers an hourly wage of CAD 17.60–18.10, flexible hours, and benefits like a 50% discount on products, with opportunities for advancement within a family‑owned company committed to the community.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store.
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer questions, explain products, and suggest related items.
• Make yourself available in the fitting room when needed.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with available training.
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep the store and backstore clean and organized.
• Share top product picks with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Respect and follow head office policies and procedures; guidance provided.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;

• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

TEMPORARY, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 17,60$ - 18,10$
