Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Kitchener is hiring a temporary, part-time sales associate to warmly greet customers, explain products, assist in fittings and keep the floor tidy for a memorable shopping experience.

You should be proactive, enjoy helping customers, and be willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods. Competitive hourly pay and store perks mirror our community-focused values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and assist with product selection.
• Explain products and features, with suggestions for complementary items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Identify new products and share top picks with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Adhere to store policies and collaborate with head office departments.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store;

• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;

• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

HOURLY SALARY : 17,60 $ - 18,10 $
