Job summary

Sephora Canada in Chatham, ON is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience during peak shopping periods. You will support store operations and onstage service while keeping the store visually ready and welcoming.

This flexible, hourly role requires availability for nights and weekends and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll join a fast-paced beauty environment that values warmth, curiosity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
